  5. PDC        Publicly Distributable C (PDC) is a complete C compilation
  6.         system including a compiler, assembler, linker, librarian,
  7.         and numerous utilities, documentation files, libraries, and
  8.         header files.  PDC supports many ANSI features including
  9.         all ANSI preprocessor directives, function prototyping,
  10.         structure passing and assignment.  In addition it supports
  11.         Lattice C compatible libcall pragmas, precompiled header
  12.         files, builtin functions, and stack checking code. This is
  13.         version 3.33 and includes full source.
